Delivery Policy
How your VPS service information is delivered.
1. Digital Service — No Physical Shipping
VPS hosting is a digital service. No physical products are shipped. There is no delivery address, no shipping fee, and no package. Your VPS is delivered entirely electronically.
2. How Your VPS Is Delivered
After successful order processing and VPS provisioning, configuration information and setup instructions are delivered to the email address provided during checkout. This email contains the details you need to access and configure your VPS.
3. What Is Included in the Delivery Email
The delivery email typically includes: your order reference, the VPS plan you purchased, the server IP address, the username, the password or a secure credential delivery method, the operating system, connection information, and setup instructions.
4. Delivery Timing
Delivery timing may depend on payment confirmation, order verification, provisioning availability, and technical processing. We do not claim a specific delivery time unless operationally guaranteed. In most cases, your VPS information is delivered shortly after order processing is complete.
5. Payment Confirmation
Your order is processed after payment confirmation. If your payment is pending or requires verification, delivery will be delayed until the payment is confirmed. This is a standard security measure to protect both you and the Service.
6. Order Verification
We may verify your order details before provisioning. This helps prevent errors and ensures that your VPS is configured correctly. If additional information is needed, we will contact you via email.
7. Provisioning Availability
VPS provisioning depends on the availability of the underlying infrastructure. In rare cases, provisioning may take longer than expected due to high demand or technical maintenance. We will notify you if there are any significant delays.
8. Technical Processing
Some technical processing steps are required to set up your VPS, including allocating resources, installing the operating system, and generating access credentials. These steps are automated but may vary in duration.
9. Accessing Your VPS
Once you receive your delivery email, you can access your VPS using the provided credentials. For Linux VPS, use SSH. For Windows VPS, use Remote Desktop Connection. The setup instructions in the email will guide you through the process.
10. Reinstalling the Operating System
In most cases, you can reinstall or change the operating system from the supported options after provisioning. Refer to the setup instructions delivered with your order for the exact process. If you need assistance, contact us through the contact page.
11. No Physical Returns
Because the Service is digital, there are no physical returns. If you are not satisfied with your VPS, please refer to our Refund Policy for information on refund eligibility.
12. Contact
If you have questions about the delivery process, contact us through the contact page with your order reference number. We are happy to help.
