1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AuroraCloud Shop website and the VPS hosting service (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

AuroraCloud Shop is a VPS hosting service. We provide virtual private server (VPS) plans for websites, applications, development environments, testing, remote workloads and other legitimate online projects. The Service is a digital service — no physical products are shipped.

3. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for using the Service in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and our Acceptable Use Policy. You are responsible for the content you host, the software you install, and the activities conducted on your VPS.

4. Account Information

When you place an order, you provide information such as your name, email address, billing details and order information. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.

5. Payment

Plans are billed on a monthly basis. You complete checkout and pay using the available payment methods shown at checkout. PayPal is the primary payment method. Payment is required before VPS provisioning is completed. We do not store payment card data directly — payment processing is handled by the payment provider.

6. VPS Provisioning

After successful payment and order processing, your VPS is provisioned. VPS configuration details and setup instructions are delivered electronically to the email address associated with your order. Delivery timing may depend on payment confirmation, order verification and provisioning availability.

7. Acceptable Usage

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Service for malware, phishing, fraud, unauthorized access, attacks against systems or networks, spam, distribution of illegal content, or any activity that violates applicable laws or infringes the intellectual property rights of others. 8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law. We may also suspend or terminate the Service for operational reasons, with reasonable notice where possible. In the event of termination, any refund eligibility is subject to the Refund Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

The website, including its design, text, graphics and logos, is owned by AuroraCloud Shop or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without permission. Your own content hosted on the Service remains your property.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service may use third-party services such as payment processors and email delivery. Your use of these third-party services is also governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party providers.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuroraCloud Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

12. Policy Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
