FAQ
Answers to common questions about VPS hosting, delivery and billing.
▸ What is a VPS?
A VPS (Virtual Private Server) is a virtual machine that runs on a physical server. You get dedicated CPU, RAM, storage and bandwidth with root access, so you can install and configure software exactly how you need it.
▸ Who is VPS hosting suitable for?
VPS hosting suits developers, agencies, small businesses and anyone who needs more control and resources than shared hosting — for websites, applications, development and testing environments, and remote workloads.
▸ Do I get root access?
Yes. Every VPS plan includes full root (or administrator) access, so you have complete control over the operating system and installed software.
▸ Which operating systems are available?
Most plans support a range of Linux distributions (such as Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS and others) and, where available, Windows Server. The exact options are listed on each product page.
▸ How is VPS information delivered?
VPS configuration details and setup instructions are delivered electronically to the email address associated with your order, after order processing.
▸ When will I receive my VPS information?
Delivery timing depends on payment confirmation, order verification and provisioning availability. You will receive an email once your VPS information is ready.
▸ Can I use Windows Server?
Where a plan lists Windows Server as an option, yes. Check the operating system availability on the specific product page before ordering.
▸ Can I reinstall the operating system?
In most cases you can reinstall or change the operating system from the supported options. Refer to the setup instructions delivered with your order for the exact process.
▸ Can I upgrade my VPS?
You can move to a higher plan when your project grows. Upgrades are handled as a separate purchase and are not covered by the first-order refund policy.
▸ How does billing work?
Plans are billed on a monthly basis. You complete checkout, pay using the available payment methods, and your order is processed after payment confirmation.
▸ What payment methods are available?
Pay securely using the available payment methods shown at checkout. PayPal is the primary payment method.
▸ What is the refund policy?
Refund requests may be eligible within 72 hours from VPS provisioning completion for the initial order, subject to the terms and exclusions stated in the Refund Policy. Renewals and upgrades are excluded.
▸ What happens if I need support?
You can reach us through the contact page with your order reference. We provide responsive customer support for technical, billing and order questions.
▸ Can I use a VPS for a website?
Yes. A VPS is well suited for hosting websites of any size, from a single site to multiple sites, with full control over the web server and environment.
▸ Can I use a VPS for development?
Yes. VPS hosting is ideal for development and testing environments, CI/CD, staging servers and running development tools with full root access.
▸ What happens after I place an order?
After you place an order and payment is confirmed, your order is processed and your VPS configuration details and setup instructions are delivered to your email address.
▸ Is physical shipping involved?
No. VPS hosting is a digital service. No physical products are shipped — all service information is delivered electronically by email.
